Qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant industry expertise.
• In-depth knowledge in one or more LoBs (cloud or industry).
• Strong consulting skills and proven Trusted Advisor results for customers.
• Fluency in German & English is required for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers' goals and apply Salesforce methodology to accelerate business and tech objectives.
• Develop knowledge of customers' Salesforce implementations and evangelize cloud capabilities.
• Guide customers on organizational strategy, governance, and change management processes.
• Demonstrate Salesforce product knowledge by applying platform features to business priorities.
• Identify risks and collaborate with the account team to mitigate them.
• Create adoption paths with current and target states and timelines.
• Build executive-level relationships across IT and business leadership.
• Collaborate with the account team and Salesforce executives to network within accounts.
• Recommend additional Salesforce services and advisory resources when needed.
• Communicate product changes and lifecycle updates to customers.
