Job summary

Datadog, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to manage top accounts across Dublin and Paris. You will drive onboarding, champion adoption, and build strong relationships with executives and technical leaders to ensure renewal and growth.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to align product value with customer goals, monitor usage trends, and navigate complex enterprise environments while traveling for onsite customer interactions as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Customer Success or Account Management role.
• Experience managing a wide portfolio of enterprise accounts.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS environments and large-scale deployments.
• Excellent communication with CTOs and VP-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, train, and proactively drive adoption with Enterprise customers.
• Build and maintain relationships to foster loyalty and advocacy within customer organizations.
• Collaborate with internal Datadog teams (sales, support, enablement, product, finance, legal) to align on customer success plans.
• Own and manage onboarding for new customers and projects.
• Act as trusted advisor to meet business goals and optimize value from Datadog.
• Monitor usage trends to identify renewal risks and growth opportunities across accounts.
