Job summary

Citi Dublin is seeking a Reengineering and Project Lead Analyst to drive and implement reengineering initiatives across the organization. This strategic role requires strong commercial awareness and exceptional stakeholder communication to influence outcomes and meet business objectives.

The VP will lead complex deliverables, manage budgets, and partner with Project and Business Managers to deliver best‑in‑class reengineering solutions while providing senior management reporting and insights.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in process improvement and reengineering.
• Prior industry experience in financial services or related fields.
• Established process improvement experience with Lean, Six Sigma and/or PM required.
• Proven track record evaluating current processes and envisioning reengineering.
• Understanding of firm businesses and related economics; SME capability.
• Ability to integrate own area with others to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic OMAI initiatives to re-engineer core processes and drive efficiency.
• Define and implement global reengineering methodologies and workshop facilitation.
• Collaborate with Operating Committee to scope opportunities and track benefits.
• Manage day‑to‑day execution of reengineering projects within milestones and budget.
• Partner with Project and Business Managers to deliver reengineering solutions.
• Provide management reporting and presentations; prioritize initiatives across portfolios.
• Escalate project issues and design effective remediation plans.
• Oversee creation of project plans, charters, stakeholder plans, and acceptance plans.
• Align business cases and cost‑benefit analyses with business objectives.
• Engage stakeholders to define scope, schedules, milestones, and risks.
• Apply understanding of how areas integrate to achieve goals.
• Provide sophisticated analysis and interpretive thinking to solve problems.
• Influence strategic decisions through expert advice.
• Operate with independence and exercise judgment and autonomy.
• Act as SME to senior stakeholders and team members.
