Job summary

Citi Dublin is seeking a senior strategist to lead AI intelligence, monitor competitors, and translate market signals into strategic actions. You will synthesize trends, guide product directions, and present insights to executives.

You will collaborate with CTOs and EMT, drive cross-functional alignment, and build a centralized AI intelligence repository while navigating a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in corporate strategy, market research, strategy consulting, value realization or a similar role.
• Experience within the financial services industry or working with financial services clients is highly preferred.
• Significant experience in the technology sector, with a deep focus on Artificial Intelligence.
• Proven track record of leading research and analysis projects from inception to completion.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment and influence senior stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Establish AI Strategic Intelligence as a discipline, including monitoring the competitive landscape and reporting to senior leadership.
• Stay at the forefront of AI market trends and synthesize information into actionable strategies.
• Provide strategic guidance for Citi and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate intelligence into AI strategy and product development.
• Craft compelling narratives and presentations for executive-level audiences to articulate market dynamics and opportunities.
• Coordinate governance processes and champion cross-team collaboration across strategy, operations and engineering.
