Job summary

Citi Dublin seeks a senior leader to drive end-to-end delivery of the Services Sales AI program. You will coordinate cross-pillar workstreams, capture client intelligence, and partner on commercialisation and engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in financial services, preferably in Sales, Product, or Strategy functions.
• Strong track record in programme management and cross-functional delivery at scale.
• Demonstrated experience in intelligence capture, market analysis, and translating insights into commercial recommendations.
• Solid understanding of AI/GenAI technologies and their application in financial services sales contexts.
• Proven ability to lead senior stakeholder engagement and governance forums.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including executive-level reporting.
• Experience in facilitation of workshops, innovation sessions, and client engagement events.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational delivery of the Services Sales AI Program and steering cadence across six workstreams.
• Own intelligence pillar: capture client requirements, competitive intel, AI trends, and use cases.
• Support AI client engagement across the community, including workshops and conversations.
• Assist in campaign support, content, and event programming for AI initiatives.
• Oversee adoption governance for Sales Assist and capture user feedback for prioritisation.
• Lead or co-lead monthly Services Sales AI community calls and share best practices.
• Prepare ExCo reporting packs on engagement trends, intelligence, and investment recommendations.
• Maintain strong relationships with pillar leads and cross-functional teams.
