Job summary

Citi Dublin is seeking a senior leader for the SVP, Services Sales AI — Pillar Execution & Client Intelligence role. You will drive end-to-end delivery across six workstreams, manage intelligence collection, and coordinate engagement with clients and internal teams.

This role blends programme management with strategic AI insights to shape commercial decisions. You will lead bi-weekly Steering Team meetings, oversee the Intelligence lifecycle, co-lead client engagements, and contribute to product

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, preferably in Sales, Product, or Strategy functions
• Strong track record in programme management and cross-functional delivery at scale
• Demonstrated experience in intelligence capture, market analysis, and translating insights into commercial recommendations
• Solid understanding of AI/GenAI technologies and their application in financial services sales contexts
• Proven ability to lead senior stakeholder engagement and governance forums
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including executive-level reporting
• Experience in facilitation of workshops, innovation sessions, and client engagement events

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational delivery of the Services Sales AI Program and manage the bi-weekly Steering Team cadence.
• Own the Intelligence pillar and synthesize insights into reports, ideas, and product feedback for EXCO.
• Support and coordinate AI client engagement across the community, including workshops and conversations.
• Partner with teams on campaigns, content, and thought leadership related to AI and client narratives.
• Oversee Sales Assist adoption and governance, capturing feedback and prioritising features.
• Lead or co-lead monthly Services Sales AI community calls and share best practices.
• Prepare ExCo reporting packs covering engagement trends, intelligence, and investment recommendations.
• Maintain strong relationships with pillar leads and cross-functional teams.
