Job summary

Citi in Dublin is seeking a Reengineering and Project Lead Analyst to drive global operating-model reengineering initiatives across Services Operations. This role combines strategic influence with hands-on delivery and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work with the Operating Committee, manage projects to milestones and budgets, and deliver analytics, cost-benefit analyses, and stakeholder plans. Hybrid work up to 2 days remote weekly with a competitive base salary and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma and/or Project Management.
• Proven track record of evaluating current processes and envisioning reengineering.
• Subject area expert in one or more skill sets with cross‑functional impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead OMAI-driven reengineering initiatives to improve core processes and controls.
• Define global methodologies and coordinate training/workshops for reengineering.
• Collaborate with Operating Committee to identify opportunities and track benefits.
• Manage day‑to‑day execution, milestones and budgets of projects.
• Deliver management reporting, stakeholder plans and remediation strategies.
• Align business cases and cost‑benefit analyses with objectives; escalate risks.
