Job summary

Citi Dublin is seeking a Director of Operations Agentic Workflow & Implementation to lead the design and scaled delivery of agentic AI solutions, embedding automation across production environments with governance and measurable outcomes.

You will partner with Operations, Technology, Product and Risk to redesign processes, drive standards, and manage a large, distributed team while maintaining compliance in a high-volume financial services setting.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years leading large, matrixed operations teams.
• Strategic planning across cross-functional environments with budget responsibility.
• Deep knowledge of operational process design and automation applicability.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability with risk focus.
• Ability to assess risk with strong compliance and governance mindset.
• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of agentic AI workflows delivering automation at scale.
• Define strategic direction for AI-enabled operations with governance and metrics.
• Partner with Operations, Technology, Product, and Risk to redesign processes and embed AI agents.
• Implement a measurement framework tracking cost efficiency, cycle time, accuracy, and risk reduction.
• Manage transition of AI solutions from pilot to scaled production with controls.
• Lead and develop senior operations managers across large teams.
• Negotiate with senior leadership to align AI initiatives with business strategy.
