Job summary

Citi Dublin is seeking a Reengineering and Project Lead Analyst to drive strategic operating model initiatives and cross-regional productivity programs. The role requires senior-level influence with strong communications to guide stakeholders and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The candidate will manage complex reengineering projects, define plans, and align business cases with objectives while maintaining a central issue log and governance. Hybrid working model offered.

Qualifications

• Lean, Six Sigma and/or Project Management experience required.
• Proven track record in evaluating current processes and envisioning reengineering.
• Finance/Banking industry experience preferred.
• Strong business awareness and ability to understand how different businesses integrate.
• Subject matter expert in one or more skill sets.

Responsibilities

• Lead OMAI initiatives to re-engineer core processes and drive efficiency.
• Define and implement global reengineering methodologies and processes.
• Collaborate with Operating Committee to scope opportunities and track benefits.
• Manage day-to-day execution of reengineering projects within milestones and budget.
• Partner with Project and Business Managers to deliver reengineering solutions.
• Provide management reporting and oversee cross-regional productivity programs.
