Job summary

LaunchDarkly is seeking an Order Management Specialist to ensure accurate system inputs, timely order processing, and clean provisioning aligned with signed agreements. You will partner with Sales, CS, Deal Management, and Finance to minimize errors and support month-end close.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in O2C/Revenue Ops in a B2B SaaS environment, with hands-on Salesforce/CPQ and NetSuite experience. AWS Marketplace exposure is a plus for cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in Order to Cash, Deal Desk, or Revenue Operations in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on Salesforce and CPQ; NetSuite and AWS Marketplace experience preferred.
• Understanding ASC 606 in SaaS/subscription contracts.
• Strong attention to detail with high order volumes.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with Sales, CS, Finance, and IT.

Responsibilities

• Review Salesforce opportunities for completeness and accuracy prior to NetSuite entry.
• Validate ARR against contract terms and pricing before orders proceed.
• Create and monitor indirect orders via AWS Marketplace and coordinate with AWS Support.
• Identify data gaps and resolve discrepancies before order-to-cash progression.
• Ensure provisioning aligns with executed agreements and documentation is complete.
• Partner with Sales, CS, Deal Management, Finance to finalize orders.
• Escalate missing or inconsistent deal documentation and coordinate resolution.
