Job summary

Software Placements in Ireland is seeking a highly organised Contract Operations Specialist to support the preparation, review and issuance of customer contracts for software products and cloud-based services. This role focuses on contract accuracy, quality control and process management.

You will collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance and Deal Desk to ensure documented details are complete, compliant and issued on time, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in Contract Operations, Deal Desk or similar roles.
• Experience with software/SaaS licensing and subscriptions.
• Attention to detail and quality-control mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and coordinate customer contracts and related documentation.
• Verify accuracy of customer details, products/services, pricing and periods.
• Ensure correct templates and approved terms are used and reflected in final docs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance and Deal Desk to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain contract records and ensure timely approvals before issuance.
• Support process improvements in contracting controls and documentation.
