LaunchDarkly is seeking an Order Management Specialist in Ireland to ensure complete and accurate system inputs, process orders timely, and coordinate with Deal Desk and Internal Systems teams to resolve issues. You will verify pricing, product/SKU alignment, and contract terms within Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite, while ensuring provisioning aligns with the executed agreement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years in Order to Cash, Deal Desk, Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or similar.
• Hands-on Salesforce & Salesforce CPQ experience; NetSuite and AWS Marketplace preferred.
• Knowledge of ASC 606 for SaaS/subscription contracts.
• Strong attention to detail with high-volume orders, esp. month/quarter ends.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with Sales, Customer Success, Deal Management, Finance, and IT.
• Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills; Tableau a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple requests, and handle ambiguity.

Responsabilités

• Review opportunities in Salesforce for completeness before downstream processing into NetSuite.
• Validate ARR against contract terms and pricing before deals move through O2C.
• Create and monitor indirect sales orders via AWS Marketplace and coordinate with AWS Support.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies before orders progress through O2C.
