Job summary

CMS Distribution seeks a proactive Sales Operations Administrator to support the sales team and drive efficient processes. You will handle quotations, orders, despatch and invoicing end-to-end, liaising with customers and internal teams to maintain accuracy and SLA compliance.

You will manage the sales ops mailbox, supply product information for live websites, maintain customer reports, and assist with price lists and SAP data to ensure smooth order processing.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end quotation, sales order, despatch and invoice processing efficiently and accurately.
• Liaise daily with external customers and internal departments (customer service, finance, sales) by email/phone to resolve system and customer issues within SLA.
• Manage the sales ops mailbox and assign tasks to ensure smooth operation.
• Provide product information for customer websites (datasheets, images) to support live sales.
• Maintain customer reports and ensure vendor price lists and price support programs are correct across SAP.
• Support Account Managers with customer codes and price feeds, and ensure accurate records in CMS.
• Assist with consigned customer invoicing by accessing portals and coordinating with internal/external teams to resolve issues before invoicing.
• Assist with any ad-hoc duties for key customers.
