Job summary

Google in Ireland is seeking a Sales/Business Development professional to drive Google’s advertising solutions for small- and mid-sized businesses. You will engage with customers, uncover goals, and translate needs into data-driven campaigns designed to deliver measurable growth and value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.
Ability to communicate fluently in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

Engage and influence key customer stakeholders by leading strategic meetings to uncover marketing goals and KPIs translating them into actionable campaign strategies.
Drive exceptional campaign results, quantify business impact, and demonstrate strategic value to customers, maintaining account hygiene.
Build and pitch data-driven solutions to maximize customer value through Google’s advertising solutions, manage objections, and ultimately achieve sales growth goals.
Analyze campaign data, ensuring performance is accurately tracked, and delivering measurable results aligned with customer objectives.
Monitor performance data to extract key insights, identifying and cultivating qualified upsell opportunities to drive future customer growth and build pipeline.
