• Partner with Customer Insights and Direct Marketing to drive adoption programs.
• Develop client strategy, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Analyse data to identify trends and improve support processes.
• Optimise campaigns and scale programmatic initiatives.
• Lead strategic conversations with C‑level stakeholders and report progress.
• Be lead point of contact for client portfolio including escalation.
• Gather feedback to improve ad products and customer experience.
• Deliver consultative support and education on Facebook products.
