Qualifications

• Senior sales leadership experience, ideally in hospitality, tourism, events or related industry.
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies with measurable results.
• Strong network of corporate, agency and hospitality contacts.
• Hands-on, proactive leadership style with opportunity to travel for business development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the overall sales strategy for Gallen Group in line with commercial objectives.
• Set ambitious but achievable sales targets across the group and ensure KPI delivery.
• Lead and develop the group sales team, fostering high performance and accountability.
• Identify new markets and revenue opportunities to drive growth.
• Manage key strategic accounts and major contracts to secure profitability.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing and Operations to maximise occupancy and revenue.
