Gallen Group Hotels is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales across the Donegal group. The role is on-site in Ballybofey and requires hospitality sales expertise to develop new business and manage key accounts.

We are looking for a proactive, results-driven professional with deep knowledge of the Donegal market and a proven track record in hospitality sales. Regular travel within Donegal and the North West is expected.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years' sales experience within a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Proven ability to drive sales performance and develop new business in hospitality.
• Strong relationships with customers and commercial partners.
• Knowledge of the Donegal and North West market.
• On-site work in Ballybofey; travel for meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business across corporate, leisure, group, conference and events.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and key accounts.
• Generate leads through networking and meetings in the Donegal region.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and sales appointments.
• Collaborate with hotel teams to maximize sales opportunities.
• Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates against targets.
