• Experience in hotel group sales and multi-property portfolio management.
• Proven ability to develop key accounts and lead a sales team.
• Strong prospecting, lead generation and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Take direct responsibility for sales performance of two hotels.
• Mentor and develop hotel-based Sales Executives and teams.
• Generate corporate, conference, meetings, events and leisure group business.
• Develop group-wide sales leads and opportunities across properties.
• Identify and target new corporate accounts and sectors.
• Drive GDS production and account conversion.
• Build relationships with conference organisers, agencies, DMCs and tour operators.
• Conduct proactive sales calls, appointments and client visits.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline with targets.
• Collaborate with each hotel on seasonal activity to generate business.
