Job summary

ServiceNow, Inc. in Dublin, Ireland is seeking an Advisory Presales Solution Consultant to provide technical sales partnership and guidance to Enterprise customers.

Aligned to a small portfolio of Enterprise accounts in Ireland, you will advance customer growth by communicating the power and extensibility of the ServiceNow platform. The role requires ~8 years of pre-sales/solutions experience, interaction with C-Suite executives, and ability to lead both technical and business discussions.

Qualifications

• c. 8 years expertise of enterprise software pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience essential
• Experience working with and selling to enterprises (+5000 employees)
• Experience selling complex multi-product or cross-platform software solutions essential
• Experience with ITSM, PPM, DevOps, HRSD, GRC, ITOM or related technologies
• Working knowledge of Agentic and Generative AI terminology
• Ability to pull together complex virtual and matrix teams
• A strong communicator able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Understand business and technical problems faced by Enterprise accounts addressed by ServiceNow products
• Interview customers face to face and remotely to uncover architecture and business needs
• Lead technical and non-technical discussions with customers to define objectives and business value
• Demonstrate product capabilities, both standard and tailored, onsite and via video
• Collaborate with Sales and Professional Services to plan deployment transitions and set expectations
• Develop product demo scripts and scenarios and stay current on product roadmaps and releases
• Act as ServiceNow subject matter expert at Executive briefings and marketing events
