Job summary

Tate, part of Kingspan Group, seeks a Strategic Accounts Manager to drive long-term data centre projects with strategic customers across Europe. You will own the full sales cycle from lead generation to project award and maintain the CRM for accurate pipeline reporting.

The role requires 5+ years in construction or related sectors, experience selling to senior executives, and collaboration with delivery teams. Engineering degree preferred; Safepass advantageous.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years professional experience in construction environment.
• Engineering or Construction Studies degree.
• Experience selling to senior C-Suite level stakeholders.
• Strategic approach with data centres or interior fitout.
• Proficient with MS Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Execute Tate supply & service strategy for data centre projects across Europe.
• Maintain CRM with monthly KPI reporting and pipeline updates.
• Account management of defined customer targets per Tiered Process.
• Handover projects to delivery team after award to ensure repeat business.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, architects and engineers across Europe.
