Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Customer Success Manager based in Dublin for a hybrid working model. You will serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of accounts, driving retention, value realization, and advocacy through deep relationships and strategic collaboration.

You will identify risks, optimize deployment health, and partner with technical and business leaders to align on objectives and success plans, while leveraging AI-driven tools to streamline workflows and maximize customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7+ years in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., Technical Customer Success, Solutions Architecture/Engineering, Professional Services/Implementation, Technical Account Management).
• Accountability: 3+ years experience in managing customer relationships and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify risks and optimize deployment health by advising on best practices for MongoDB deployments.
• Own elements of the account plan to drive retention, value realization, and revenue across a portfolio of customers.
• Amplify the voice of the customer to influence product roadmap and coordinate with Sales, Product, Services, Support and Training teams.
