Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Strategic Events Operations Specialist to support our global events portfolio, spanning first-party, partner, and internal events. You will work with the Strategic Events team on data insights, reporting, project management, and campaign execution.

Based in Dublin or Cork with hybrid working, you will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage event registration tools, and ensure smooth on-site delivery while driving process improvements across the events program.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management or marketing operations.
• Knowledgeable with event registration systems (e.g. Cvent).
• Data-driven with reporting capability and communication to leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce campaign management and lead routing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with data insights to inform program decisions and customer journey.
• Manage end-to-end first-party event email marketing including segmentation and reporting.
• Support lead flow from events into marketing automation to drive conversions.
• Own project management tools and workflows for the Strategic Events team across global programs.
• Support tools and systems powering event execution from setup to troubleshooting.
• Handle day-to-day operational work: registration tracking, code distribution, ad-hoc requests.
• Configure and maintain campaign tracking to align with marketing systems.
• Provide flexible support across vendor management, logistics, content, and program delivery.
• Contribute to special projects to streamline processes and reduce inefficiencies.
