Fin is seeking a Strategic Customer Success Manager in Dublin to partner with our largest enterprise customers, guiding AI-driven transformations across initiatives from scoping to measurable adoption and best-in-class automation rates.

You’ll work with C-suite leaders and support teams to translate requirements into Fin solutions, drive adoption, and deliver tangible business outcomes in a fast-growing AI company.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of customer-facing experience in management consulting, strategy, advisory, or enterprise SaaS CSM roles.
• Experience with business process mapping, requirements analysis, and solution design.
• Strong technical acumen and passion for AI/agent-building (coding not required).
• Ability to simplify and communicate complex problems clearly across audiences.
• Strong prioritization skills to manage a broad portfolio of customer accounts.
• Demonstrated success driving adoption and measurable outcomes for enterprise customers.
• Self-motivated, adaptable and curious team player with high self-efficacy.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers from c-suite to individual contributors.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and map processes; document clearly and precisely.
• Collaborate with engineers to translate customer requirements into Fin solution designs.
• Monitor usage patterns to identify risks, optimize, and uncover expansion opportunities.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and stay aware of evolving AI-agent market.
• Lead Success Plans, QBRs/EBRs, and strategic planning sessions with customers.
• Prioritize competing demands to achieve high-value outcomes across portfolios.
• Be the Voice of the Customer and shape our solutions strategy.
