Qualifications

• 7+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Mgmt, or similar for technical products

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic advisor guiding customers on MongoDB best practices and tech strategy
• Lead customer journey from ARR to active consumption and deployment health
• Identify and mitigate technical risks for complex accounts and design remediation plans
• Facilitate resolution of high-stakes customer challenges and expansion opportunities
• Coordinate with Product, PS and Leadership to feed back customer insights and roadmap input
• Manage relationships with Sales Leadership and Executives; run executive business reviews
