Cumming Group is seeking a Cost Manager to join our European team. You will deliver cost estimates, procurement advice, and post-contract administration for construction projects across Ireland and beyond.

Qualifications

5+ years in cost consultancy or quantity surveying, ideally in professional services.
MRICS, AssocRICS or equivalent chartered status (or working towards).
Solid knowledge of Irish procurement forms and contract types.

Responsibilities

Review, interpret, and prepare cost estimates across all design/construction stages.
Lead and manage client accounts, including meetings and strategic input.
Review contracts and participate in negotiations; manage change orders.
Support cost controls and cashflow forecasting throughout projects.
Mentor junior cost consultants within the team.
Represent the firm at industry events and support business development.
