Qualifikationen

• Extensive cost management experience in major capital projects.
• Proficiency in cost management and scheduling software.
• Professional accreditation (MRICS, MSCSI, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of Infrastructure Guidelines and CWMF.
• Experience advising on cost risks, value engineering, procurement, and disputes.
• Experience in large, mission-critical infrastructure is a plus.
• Strategic leadership with strong client-facing skills.

• Prepare and monitor budgets and forecasts through full lifecycle.
• Develop scalable cost systems and champion digital tooling.

• Maintain a comprehensive cost database for better estimating.
