Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. in Dublin is seeking a Contract Specialist within Sales Operations to support Commercial and Enterprise Account Executives across EMEA.

You will advise on deal structure, quotes, contracts and orders, ensuring compliance with revenue recognition and company policy. You will collaborate with Sales, Legal, Revenue Recognition and Collections, activate contracts in Salesforce, and help resolve billing investigations while driving process improvements and coaching AEs on best

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in customer order management, sales operations or sales support.
• Contract structuring and commission calculation experience.
• Participation in process improvement initiatives and/or project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior strategic support and guidance to Account Executives on deal structure, orders and pre-quote conversion.
• Enable Sales teams to navigate complex processes and self-serve more effectively.
• Review submitted contracts and order forms for completeness and conformance to policy to ensure checks and SOX compliance.
• Activate eligible contracts and orders in Salesforce and support billing investigations and disputes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Revenue Recognition and Collections to resolve issues and improve processes.
