Job summary

OpenAI Dublin seeks a senior Deal Operations contributor to support revenue growth across EMEA by structuring and closing commercially sound enterprise deals. You’ll guide pricing, discounts, and terms, while ensuring controls and policy alignment across Sales, Finance, and Legal.

You will develop scalable workflows, collaborate with Revenue Operations, and enable quick, accurate quote-to-contract execution, leveraging AI and CPQ tooling to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Deal Desk, commercial finance, pricing, sales operations, or a related function.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Deal Operations contact for EMEA account teams, guiding pricing, review, and approval processes.
• Review quotes and commercial terms, including discounts and payment schedules, for alignment with policies.
• Build financial analyses and deal models to assess revenue, margin, and profitability.
• Coordinate deal reviews and approvals across Finance, Legal, Pricing, and Revenue Operations.
• Maintain deal records in CRM, CPQ, and contract management systems.
• Develop deal approval policies and templates to reduce bottlenecks while ensuring controls.
• Provide guidance and training on deal requirements and approvals.
