Job summary

A Dublin-based global organisation is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to partner with senior leadership, influence strategic decision-making and drive financial performance across a diverse portfolio.

You will lead monthly forecasting, budgeting and financial planning, analyse results and KPIs, and provide commercial insights to optimise profitability. The role requires strong communication and mentoring of a finance team in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA or CPA Ireland qualified.
• Proven people management experience, including leading a team of at least two.
• Strong financial analysis, forecasting and budgeting capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Hyperion is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly forecasting, budgeting and financial planning activities.
• Analyse financial results, KPIs and business performance for senior stakeholders.
• Partner with operational leadership to develop annual budgets and monitor performance.
• Provide commercial insight to improve profitability, cost efficiency and revenue.
• Prepare business cases and support capex and pricing decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement and support strategic projects.
• Lead and develop a finance team, promoting accountability and high performance.
