Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Commercial Finance Director in Ireland to partner with the Managing Director, shaping strategy and delivering profitability improvements. You will lead financial reporting, budgeting and governance, while steering technology, data and process transformation and building high-performing finance and IT teams.

You will drive commercial insight across pricing, margins, working capital and ROI, with oversight of ERP and digital initiatives in a fast-moving operation.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with senior finance leadership experience.
• Experience in fast-moving operational environments (distribution, FMCG, manufacturing).
• Strong commercial capability across pricing, margins and working capital.
• Ownership of financial reporting, controls, governance, budgeting and planning.
• Experience leading ERP/data/technology-enabled transformation and adoption.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing finance and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the MD and leadership team to shape strategy and improve performance.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, controls and audit.
• Drive profitable growth through pricing, margin and working capital insight.
• Lead the technology roadmap, ERP, data and digital improvement initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional process improvements to enhance efficiency and accountability.
• Develop finance, technology and sustainability teams with succession planning.
