Job summary

Qualifications
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 7+ years in commercial finance and FP&A experience.
- Experience supporting operational leaders in a large MNC.
- Strong Excel modelling and BI/reporting tool experience.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, providing financial guidance and strategic insights to support decision-making.
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and multi-year financial plans
- Develop KPIs, conduct variance and profitability analysis, and identify opportunities for cost savings and margin efficiency.
- Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports
- Build financial models to assess the viability of new business cases
- Manage & mentor finance team members
