Job summary

The People Group seeks an experienced Head of Finance to lead budgeting, forecasting and strategic financial planning in a Dublin-based role. You will partner with the senior leadership team to drive commercial decisions and maintain robust controls.

The successful candidate will manage cash, risk and financial reporting, while developing the finance function and driving process improvements. A competitive package is on offer.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a senior finance role.
• Strong financial, commercial and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and business planning.
• Oversee financial reporting, compliance and controls.
• Manage cash flow, working capital and financial risk.
• Provide commercial analysis and decision-making support.
• Improve financial systems, processes and reporting.
• Lead and develop the finance function.
