TOM People is supporting an Irish business to recruit a commercially focused business partner for its manufacturing and operations teams. You will work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to drive performance across international markets.

The role offers exposure to senior leaders and opportunities to influence financial planning, new product launches and growth initiatives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Experience presenting financial information to senior management.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders to drive business performance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with key stakeholders to drive business performance.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analysis and performance commentary.
• Support annual budgets, forecasts and long-range planning processes.
• Analyse new customer, retailer and product opportunities.
• Support business projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the launch of new products, customer acquisitions and strategic growth initiatives.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Working closely with key stakeholders and senior leadership, you will support commercial decision-making, financial planning, new product launches, customer acquisitions and business growth initiatives.
