Job summary

Eirkoo in Dublin seeks a Commercial Finance Director to lead financial strategy and capital allocation in a high-volume environment. The role partners with the MD and leadership team to shape plans and drive profitability.

The successful candidate will deliver robust governance, optimise working capital and build high-performing finance and technology teams in North Dublin. Strong transformation experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Proven senior finance leadership experience within a fast-moving, high-volume commercial or operational business.
• Strong track record in commercial business partnering, financial control, cash and working capital management.
• Experience leading systems, technology or business transformation initiatives, alongside practical process improvement.
• Confident, influential leader who can challenge constructively, engage senior stakeholders and turn analysis into action.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and working capital performance.
• Act as a trusted commercial partner, challenging performance and identifying opportunities to improve profitability, productivity and return on capital.
• Influence strategic decision-making, investment appraisal, pricing and business planning.

I’m partnering with a leading commercial organisation to appoint a Commercial Finance Director into a pivotal senior leadership role based in North Dublin.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded finance leader to influence business strategy, drive profitable growth and improve overall business performance within a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.

Working closely with the Managing Director and wider leadership team, you’ll play a key role in shaping financial strategy, strengthening governance and translating commercial insight into meaningful business outcomes.
