Job summary

Quest Software in Cork, Ireland, is seeking a high-calibre Fresh Graduate with German or Benelux/Nordics language skills to join our growing EMEA IS team as a Business Development Representative. The role is hybrid (Tue–Thu in office, Mon/Fri remote) and focuses on strategic enterprise accounts in EMEA.

You will help build enterprise pipeline, partner with Account Executives, and use AI-backed, data-driven prospecting to identify opportunities across key accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, marketing, languages, IT, cybersecurity, or related field.
• Strong communication and storytelling ability.
• Hunter mindset with resilience and bias for action.
• Data-driven with ability to interpret signals and prioritise effectively.
• Highly coachable with commitment to continuous improvement.
• Interest in technology, data, cybersecurity, and AI.

Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality pipeline for strategic sales across enterprise accounts.
• Own inbound demand (60%) with speed, qualification.
• Execute outbound (40%) using multi-channel approaches (calls, email, LinkedIn, video).
• Build consultative, value-led conversations with senior IT, data, security stakeholders.
• Identify customer challenges and map to data, AI, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Leverage intent data and buying signals to prioritise accounts and outreach.
• Schedule qualified discovery meetings for Sales & Pre-Sales.
• Maintain rigorous qualification and clean opportunity handoff (MEDDIC).
• Maintain CRM discipline and pipeline hygiene.
• Partner with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Marketing, and IS leadership.
