Quest Software in Cork, Ireland, is seeking a high-calibre Fresh Graduate with German or Benelux/Nordics language skills to join our growing EMEA IS team as a Business Development Representative. The role is hybrid (Tue–Thu in office, Mon/Fri remote) and focuses on strategic enterprise accounts in EMEA.
You will help build enterprise pipeline, partner with Account Executives, and use AI-backed, data-driven prospecting to identify opportunities across key accounts.

We are hiring high-calibre, commercially driven Fresh Graduate with German or Benelux/Nordics language skills to join as a Business Development Representative our growing EMEA IS team in Cork, supporting Quest’s Data and Security portfolios across strategic enterprise accounts in EMEA.
This is not a traditional BDR role.
The function is evolving—from high-volume outreach to high-signal, insight-led prospecting powered by AI, data, and buyer intent. We are building a team of modern, strategic hunters who combine outbound excellence with data fluency and commercial acumen.
You will play a critical role in enterprise pipeline generation, partnering closely with Account Executives and Sales leadership to drive measurable business impact.
Location: Cork, Ireland (Hybrid – Tue–Thu in office, Mon,Fri Remote)
In compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, the base salary for this role starts from EUR 36,626 annually. Actual base salary will vary based on experience, qualifications, and performance. This role is also eligible to participate in a commission plan, with commission governed by a formal corporate compensation plan. Benefits are offered on a country-by-country basis.
