Job summary

Google Ireland is seeking a proactive sales professional to drive growth for Google Ads among Czech and Slovak-speaking SMBs. You will manage client relationships, craft persuasive campaigns, and expand a portfolio by identifying growth opportunities, while aligning with regional quotas.

You will work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, leveraging storytelling to engage clients and deliver measurable outcomes, with a strong focus on customer success and revenue expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing roles.
• Fluent English and Czech or Slovak to support client relationships in this region.

Responsibilities

• Deliver against ambitious quarterly revenue and product growth targets.
• Establish relationships via phone calls or e-mail marketing and conduct regular phone consultations and sales pitches with clients to advise them on ROI from Google Ads.
• Own a portfolio of small businesses, understand growth drivers, identify opportunities, and build quarterly plans for achievement.
• Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer sales experience and achieving customer business objectives.
