Job summary

Guinness Storehouse in Ireland seeks a passionate Storehouse Assistant to deliver outstanding guest experiences and hospitality. You will welcome visitors, guide tasting and pouring experiences, and host interactive sessions with a warm, professional approach.

Role requires prior hospitality/customer service experience, strong communication skills, and fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage. This is a full-time, in-person role at Storehouse with competitive benefits.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for every visitor.

• Guide visitors through tasting and pouring experiences with confidence.
• Deliver engaging orientations and host interactive visitor experiences.
• Act as an ambassador for Guinness Storehouse and the Guinness brand.
• Maintain high standards of beer quality, safety and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with the team to create magical moments for visitors.
