Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable moments for visitors throughout their Storehouse journey.
• Acting as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic ambassador for the Guinness brand and products.
• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining cash-handling standards and company procedures.
• Supporting operational excellence across guest-facing areas within a high-volume visitor environment.
• Replenishing stock and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
