Job summary

Guinness Storehouse is seeking a Retail Storehouse Assistant to deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for visitors in our flagship store. You will represent the Guinness brand, handle sales transactions with accuracy, and support stock management in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Experience in retail, hospitality, tourism or another customer-facing environment is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage confidently with an international audience.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable moments for visitors throughout their Storehouse journey.
Act as a knowledgeable ambassador for the Guinness brand and products.
Process sales transactions accurately with strong cash-handling standards and comply with procedures.
Support stock replenishment and visual merchandising to maintain high standards.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture and ongoing training.
