Job summary

Guinness Storehouse in Ireland is seeking a Storehouse Assistant to provide exceptional customer service, host interactive experiences and warmly welcome guests throughout their visit.

You will engage visitors in tasting and pouring experiences, deliver orientations, and act as a proud Guinness ambassador within a world-renowned setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience delivering exceptional customer service in a hospitality, tourism or bar environment.
• Experience in public speaking, entertaining, presenting or performing.
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with diverse audiences.
• Fluent English, with additional languages such as French, Spanish, Italian, German or Chinese considered an advantage.
• A positive, energetic and collaborative approach to work.
• The ability to build positive relationships and contribute to a high-performing team environment.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Storehouse Assistants to join our Visitor Experience Team. As a Guinness Ambassador, you will play a key role in creating unforgettable visitor experiences by delivering exceptional customer service, hosting interactive experiences, and ensuring every guest receives a warm, professional welcome throughout their visit.
