Job summary

Guinness Storehouse is recruiting a Retail Storehouse Assistant to help create memorable guest experiences in our flagship store. You will deliver outstanding service, handle transactions accurately, and support a high-volume operation while maintaining visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, tourism or another customer-facing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with an international audience.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable moments for visitors throughout their Storehouse journey.
• Acting as a knowledgeable ambassador for the Guinness brand and products.
• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining excellent cash-handling standards and compliance with company procedures.
• Supporting operational excellence across guest-facing areas within a high-volume visitor environment.
• Replenishing stock, maintaining visual merchandising standards and supporting stock accuracy through regular stock management activities.
• Contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture focused on providing a world-class visitor experience.
• Participating in training and development opportunities to build expertise across different areas of the retail operation.
