Job summary

Centra in Dublin is seeking a capable store supervisor to manage and motivate a team, ensuring smooth store operations and delivering exceptional customer service at all times.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in a customer service facing role, strong teamwork, and the ability to organize, delegate and support staff. You will uphold Centra brand-values and drive training, merchandising and customer query handling to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a customer service facing role is desirable.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi task under pressure.
• Ability to organise work, delegate responsibilities and support team members in the store.
