Job summary

Centra in Ireland seeks a dedicated Retail Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The role involves evenings and weekends, making it unsuitable for students.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a customer service facing role is desirable.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and to multi task under pressure.
• Ability to organise work, delegate responsibilities and support team members in the store.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to ensure efficient operations.
• Actively live Centra brand-values (Proud, Energetic, Imaginative, Community-Based).
• Be approachable and a role model who leads by example and encourages teamwork and a positive attitude.
• Set the standard for rotation, merchandising and facing off across the store.
• Assist in induction, training and development of employees.
• Deal with customer queries efficiently and professionally per store policy.
• Engage with new initiatives and adopt new ways of working.
