Job summary

Centra in Limerick is seeking a Supervisor to lead the store team and ensure outstanding customer service while keeping daily operations efficient. You will motivate staff, manage rotations, and support merchandising standards in a busy retail environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, the ability to work as part of a team, and the skills to multi-task under pressure. Start and finish times are approximate.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a customer service facing role is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills.
• The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi task under pressure.
• The ability to organise work, delegate responsibilities and support team members in the store.
