Job summary

Centra Portmarnock is recruiting a full-time Supervisor to lead a small team, ensure the store runs smoothly and provide customers with outstanding service each day.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proven ability to work in a team in a fast-paced retail setting, and the capability to multi-task and stay organised while upholding Centra's values of Proud, Energetic, Imaginative and Community-Based.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a customer service facing role is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and multi-task under pressure.
• Ability to organise work, delegate responsibilities and support store team.
