Monread Fare, Naas is seeking a positive and energetic Supervisor to join our team. The role provides day-to-day front line management to ensure high standards in the store's operation.

Responsibilities include overseeing cashier operators, handling customer queries and complaints, opening and closing the store, and ensuring staff dress and conduct align with company policy. You will also support induction, training, and ongoing development to maintain excellent customer care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a similar Supervisor position.
• Strong leadership and people skills.
• Excellent communication and solution-focused mindset.
• Customer-focused with a drive for excellent service.
• Integrity and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure smooth running of cashier operators.
• Handle customer queries, requests and complaints.
• Open and close the store.
