Centra on Johnstown Rd in Dublin is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead a frontline team and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes teamwork, coaching, and adherence to store standards while supporting daily operations.

The ideal candidate will have a customer service background, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to merchandising and customer satisfaction at all times.

Competenze

• 2 years of experience in a customer service facing role is desirable.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and multitask under pressure.
• Ability to organise work, delegate responsibilities and support team members in the store.
