Top Oil in Ballyvolane, Co. Cork, is seeking a Store Manager to lead all store operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will manage a team, oversee stock and targets, and uphold safety and compliance.

You will promote a positive, inclusive work culture, focus on training and development, and maintain high standards of store presentation and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in a dynamic retail management position.
• Proven skills managing people and communicating effectively
• Proven track record of hitting KPIs / targets.
• Hands on exposure to stock management, financial management & reporting systems.
• Strong ability to read and action reports; good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure the smooth running of the store.
• Collaborate with Regional Store Manager to set and monitor sales targets and KPIs.
• Induct and train new employees to high standards.
• Uphold security and health & safety standards; provide a safe store environment.
• Encourage upselling and train staff to identify opportunities.
• Manage stock control processes and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Handle rostering and annual leave while adhering to GDPR policies.
• Ensure merchandising and presentation meet store standards and planograms.
• Engage with new initiatives and lead by example with a positive can-do attitude.
