Top Oil in Ballyvolane, Cork, Ireland is seeking a Store Manager to lead our busy service station retail operation and drive exceptional customer service and store performance. You will oversee daily operations, motivate staff, and ensure a safe, compliant environment with a focus on fresh food and guest experience.

You will drive sales targets, manage stock and rostering, train staff, and uphold GDPR and HSE guidelines.

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in dynamic retail management.
Proven skills in managing people and communicating effectively.
Track record of hitting KPIs/targets.
Hands-on exposure to stock management, financial management & reporting systems.
Strong ability to read and action reports.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

Oversee the smooth running of the stores.
Collaborate with Regional Store Manager to set and achieve sales targets on gross and net margins, waste and KPIs.
Induct and train new employees to high standards.
Maintain security, health and safety compliance.
Upsell promotions and train staff to identify opportunities.
Manage stock control and processes.
Handle rostering and annual leave with GDPR compliance.
Ensure merchandising and store presentation meets standards and follows social distancing guidelines.
